We teach Suzuki violin and viola lessons for children and families across the Piedmont Triad. Our studio in Kernersville welcomes students of every age, and virtual lessons are available upon request for families a little farther out. We believe everyone has the ability to be talented in music.

We are committed to an enriching, supportive environment where students of all ages can grow their love for music. The Suzuki method guides everything we do, from a child’s very first note to a confident performance.
Our programs
Individual Suzuki violin lessons for ages three and up, from a first Pre-Twinkle bow hold all the way to major concertos.
Love the deeper voice of the viola? Your student learns Suzuki viola with Dr. Eric Eakes, who holds a doctorate in viola performance.
Joyful group learning that builds ensemble skills and a real sense of community alongside individual lessons.
Free classes and games
Practice between lessons with 36 short classes on reading music, theory, and music history, and 10 music games. Every class comes in three reading levels, from young learners to grown-ups, and you can listen to most of its examples.
- ClassThe StaffThe basics of reading music: the five lines and four spaces, high and low on the staff, and why every staff needs a clef.
- GameName that noteA note appears on the staff and you name it. Treble, bass, and alto clefs, from a first Twinkle to the high notes.
